"My recent artwork has been about our environment. I wish to spend these later years focused on what is important to me so my last 3 exhibitions hope to shine a light on the destructive imbalance between us, as newcomers to this land, and to what it must have been before our arrival.
I have drawn animals that are largely unknown to many Australians. Yes ... most are nocturnal and therefore not easy to know, but sadly what we do see ... we often identify as 'a nuisanse', something of little value, noisy, messy, disruptive. In SOS all the animals are on a war footing with us ... as we make their life hell and we don't even know it!
My crazy titles, inspired Elaine Green, a Maleny, writer and environmentalist, to research and write texts, as if spoken by each animal, to create these books. Through the sale of the artworks and books, I hope to educate Australians to know what we have and value them. The interdependance of our animals and plants to survive, is amazing! Unique to Earth, we need to take care of them!"
Most visitors to the exhibitions were very positively engaged. Artworks and books sold well. The concept of printing images on tees was then born. More exposure to these works is a plus for our environment. The more books, the more Tees out there ... the better for our environment.

the latest in this series, alerts us to all the animals
introduced into Australia that have now become FERAL ..
Now these animals through carelessness or lack ofunderstanding .. are one of the greatest threats to the survival of our Native Species.
The good news is that WE are capable of changing this ... all we need to do is see the problem, understand what we can change about our behaviour and ... FLICK OFF FERALS!!!.
